To the east is Tianjin Xingang, a large-scale international multi-functional trade port in northern China, and to the north is the Beijing, Tianjin and Tanggu Expressway and Tianjin International Airport. It has the advantage of fast and convenient sea, land, and air transportation. The total investment reached 122.9 million yuan. The company covers an area of 31,582 square meters; the main product of the company is special enameled wire, with a product specification range of Ф0.20mm~Ф3.0mm. The designed annual production capacity is 35,000 tons. The first phase of production includes 8 production lines, with an annual capacity of 10,000 tons. It was officially put into production in January 2005. In order to seize the market opportunity, the company added 4 production lines in 2006, which increased the annual capacity of the company to 18,000 tons. In 2007, 4 more production lines were added again, and the annual capacity of enameled wire was increased to 24,000 tons. From 2008 to 2012, 6 production lines were added once again. In 2008, the sales volume of the company reached 18,429 tons, and the profit reached 38.88 million yuan. From 2009 to 2012, the company's sales were 15438 tons, 20629 tons, 19134 tons, and 18809 tons, respectively, with corresponding annual profits of 20.66 million yuan, 34.36 million yuan, 26.1 million yuan, and 11.56 million yuan. Since 2013, the company has established an aluminum wire project, and purchased 4 sets of type 4800 equipment, 4 sets of medium speed machines , 2 sets of felt application machines, 2 sets of vertical machines, 1 set of rod breakdown machine and 4 sets of small drawing machines. In 2013 and 2014, the sales volume reached 18,781 tons, 20,785 tons and the profit reached 15.08 million yuan and 16.88 million yuan respectively.
